HOLE #8
PAR 3
Depending on the wind velocity and direction, club selection (and, of course, shot execution) is the most important factor on this short par 3. Since there's nothing to really stop the wind coming across the lake and Goodman Road, many players see a 5 to 6 club variance in what they may use.
It can be a really long way across the water if you hit your tee shot to the right. And, with the green coming almost to the water, you must remember that over the green isn't a place to be.
Once you're there, this green is pretty straight-forward. Putts from front to back will tend to move left, and putts from the back toward the front can be very fast.
